Jennifer Brunner's diverse background will server Ohioans well as secretary of state. From 1983 to 1987 she was legislative counsel for Sherrod Brown while he was secretary of state. Brunner was a Franklin County judge from 2000 to 2005, an election law attorney and a former member of the county board of elections. Much of her professional career has been devoted to the core issues involved with the secretary of state's office. She's committed to implementing new approaches to ensure that elections in Ohio are fair to candidates of all political parties. Brunner deserves to have the chance to restore the public's confidence in the secretary of state's office.
